Missed Understanding

It’s sad when companies nickel and dime their loyal customers. I only used the app to remote start my car. And i always wondered why it was only available on an app and not on the key fob and now we know: its because they wanted to get us used to the convenience so that they could eventually nickel and dime their customers. Seriously. I am not paying $10 a month to remote start my car. It is absolutely ridiculous in this economy. If we fall for this, they’ll come up with other ways to nickel and dime us. I’ll just start my car the old fashion way. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2000.
