Miss Mayflower

This is my second review today. First train was a bad seat but at least it faced forward. I requested a single seat in first class facing forward. This time I have the window seat at a table with three strangers in standard class and I’m backwards. Didn’t get even one thing right. I thought the app worked great and was easy to use. I liked that a link to my ticket appeared on my phone this morning. But I’ll delete it and just book direct with the train company next time. Or at least give the opportunity to pick our own seat cause this sucks.
