Mobile app done with web technologies. Nothing really works properly. App crashes at startup for the last 4 days. Cheep software for cheep hardware.

1. The driver’s ETA is never reliable. I got differences between 3 and 14 minutes. If you try to call ahead and by a miracle you are the one being late for 2 minutes, you loose you ride or money. 2. At least 30% of the drivers are former taxi drivers. Same manners, same attitude, same cars. 3. 100% carbon neutral is the biggest lie I’ve seen in app store since 2012. I’ve went woth cars that were fueled by GPL. If you want to be here in 2 years, make real investments in estimation software, drivers and cars evaluations.

I’ve been using GCM since version 1.x. Things were...rough...at the beginning but now, now it’s close to perfect. Congrats to the team behind it!
