I’ve had LINE for years and the experience used to be smooth sailing. Now it’s an absolute nightmare. They don’t support email logins anymore and on my new IPhone it says to scan a QR code and my MacBook generates one but it says “Unable to scan.” I move onto login with phone number: “Can’t use number.” I try logging in with Gmail. That doesn’t work either. It’s no wonder the rating is low. It should be lower because they’ve made the experience impossible.
