The app is useful to me being that I can remote lock/open and start/stop from a distance. In order to use the app, one needs to pay a subscription. The status of the car in terms of whether the doors/trunk are locked/open and tire pressure - the very useful feature is not updated to real time. For an app the costs, please consider making that page or features on that page more reliable in real time. I’ve done refreshing the page, but it does not refresh and only gives me the timestamp of when I step away from the car (when I lock and leave the car). I understand if this is not doable given I h
