I will forever fly United. Their customer service is outstanding. The inflight service is outstanding. Any issues I’ve ever had were resolved immediately.. The one thing that a lot of people worry about is safety on board. I don’t worry about that with United. Over the years there have been three incidents on flights that resulted in people being removed from the plane before takeoff. One of those incidents was pretty scary, but United staff handled it so professionally and so well, I was extremely impressed. They diffused the situation within a few minutes and had the nefarious person remove
