This is so bad, and I hate that I have to use it It doesn’t give me notifications when a customer messages me, even though I have it on push, often loads forever until it opens and once you’re in it’s like “ oh yeah btw, there are customer waiting for your reply” And then the darn notifications don’t go away until I click back and forth between the menues. Much to be improved!
