So it’s the airline’s fault, not Agoda’s.
“We are writing to inform you regarding your booking request. You have originally booked for 22nd April 2025, as indicated on the booking form. However, the booking was confirmed in the airline’s system for 23rd April 2025.”
This is from Agoda CS, two weeks after I missed my flight on 22/4. Agoda confirmed my fight for 22/4, made a mistake and booked a wrong flight for me. It took Agoda two weeks to finally admit something went wrong. You don’t need me to tell you what I went through after I missed my flight.
