In India nowadays Uber drivers are so arrogant that they feel the customers are riding free or may be they are just doing some favor by coming to pick them for the ride, It is so painful when the drivers say about pin location n are very stubborn to even move a single metre from the pin point(Uber must really change their policy about pick n drop location for a leavey of atleast 100 metre) and strict penalty on driver if they dont follow, and same must be followed for customers regarding charges.
