Horror! Latest update deleted all my favs. No way to restore them. Stupidest app ever. Instant delete.

Long story short: installed app, topped up ~50 USD, sent both ID and self picture taking care of all the details requested by their site and started to wait. 4 long days... Eventually, some “Marek” sent a requst to send again the pictures. Whaat? I mean, really, whaat? Ok, sent again. Another day waitting and unable to use my own money, not even refund my credit card... Finally, another request: now I have to take another picture with both face AND Id in the same picture!! My patience was over and I requested full refund and erase the account. Still negotiating my request after many hours. To
