First, I made a mistake in my initial registration. It took weeks for them to correct it and I was leaving on a trip so it became unusable for the beginning of the trip. Finally, it was corrected and I was able to use the app. I was in Naples Italy. When I needed a taxi, they were unable to find one for me. The app does not put you in queue for the next available taxi. It just tells you that they cannot find one. Then I found there were several taxi companies in the city that speak English, and it is easier to just dial them. I would not count on this app. Most communities still have Uber, a
