Went for a trip to mount Fuji in Japan and the provider left us waiting in the bus station. Total chaos. In total 12 people were left behind from two buses, all with trips booked on Klook. The app sided with the service provider and refused to compensate any of us on the grounds that it was our fault for not finding the bus on time (among more than 10 parked there). Worst experience of my life… on my honey moon. Went on a different day using GetYourGuide and had a great experience as always. Highly recommended instead of this amateur app called klook.
