Refund/return is just a joke. Aliexpress will do what they want and you will have to accept their decision. There is no customer service just robots, no human interaction. Why buying from Aliexpress when you can always pay 1 $ more and be able to return a product ia not what you wanted, or poor quality or not fitting properly?
