You used to be able to add an extra ticket right on the payment screen, but now you have to tap to go into a whole other menu to add users before you can buy. When you’re in a rush, trying to sit down or stand on the moving bus, the extra taps and the extra time is inconvenient. Also, if you’re going a long distance and you’ve already put your destination into the app, it will still ask you which stop. Are you trying to go to on proceeding screens which again is extra steps for no reason. the entire app could use an overhaul for a simplifying the usage. The app is great if you’re sitting dow
