Twice now issues have happened. About a year ago there was 13K in hard earned ‘tips’ that just disappeared over nite. According to “Help”I spent them. No I had not. But they don’t care & tried to appeal SEVERAL TINES, only to be ignored. Now, this past week I purchased a packet to assist in one of my side games. Something I never do, but I thot I’d give it a try. So with *game* currency-diamonds, I spent 85 diamonds for a packet that I never received.
