I have tried to find a PCP, urgent care, and therapist with this app. None of the contact information lines up and none of it is current. The urgent cares listed are now permanently closed. Providers offices that they list as PCPs are actually specialty offices that don’t do primary care. Therapists they list as “accepting new clients” are NOT taking on new clients!Or the phone numbers go to nowhere. It’s disheartening and disappointing. This app is suppose to be a helpful tool to find healthcare providers but it’s actually a long list of dead ends and headaches.
