I have been dealing with a suspended account for months now. Nevermind that there is never any one to actually talk to to help because I once did speak with someone and he helped me, but then he couldn’t help me with getting my money because for months I cannot and still can’t access my money because it says it’s suspended. I get emails from them to tell me to do so many things like send a picture of my ID then I had to wait when it was Wednesday at 1 o’clock in the afternoon I had to wait till the following business day because they couldn’t get to me at that time which I don’t understand.
