Ticketmaster’s account security system is ridiculous. I changed my phone number and no longer have access to the old one. Instead of offering a simple alternative verification like email, they told me the only option is to delete my account and create a new one. That makes no sense when I already have tickets tied to the account. Now they expect me to pick up my tickets at will call, which defeats the entire purpose of buying them through the app in the first place. If I wanted to stand in line and deal with will call, I would have chosen that option when I bought the tickets. For a company th
