I have a happy long time Qatar Platinum status customer. However, their very poor app and lack of attention to fix it has me frustrated. Over past 3 months I’ve had multiple errors occur when trying to upgrade. Under manage booking, shows that I have an upgrade offer, then after spinning for a minute, gives an error. I text the help chat and they only offered to have me restart my devices which I already had done
