Overall a good service, but every now and then you hit a really annoying “can’t do it in the app” bug One extremely frustrating thing that seems odd in how they overlooked it is when they need you to upload verification or supporting documents. When you go on iPhone or iPad to select a file (they want a PDF), nothing works. The file selector won’t allow you to pick ANY file. However, the exact same process on their website works just fine with the native iOS file selector, which means it’s a bug in their app. Already found others with the same problem, which is disappointing since it’s a know
