Cumbersome and annoying
Going through a larger spreadsheet is far from smooth. Most of the times you cannot select data if you have zoomed into the sheet. As a side effect you are never sure if you have changed some data elsewhere in the sheet as often the cursor and the actual data field is not the same.

Once impressive, now a pale shade
Understand spoken language is limited. Often answers are random, if understood at all. Skills have not evolved since inception. You still need to use structured commands. Amazon has lost the race with AI. I would not pay for AI as long base functionality is so simple. It doesn’t inspire confidence in a subscription.

Poor Implementation on iPhone
Videos and pictures take ages to download. App doesn’t work today, and after reinstalling the App, I can’t even login anymore. Contacting support is so complicated and involves reading pages of instructions and obligations before the actual problem can reported - sorry, but this is too much Japanese red tape.

Difficult to look at wide Office documents
The app may have supplemental features but fails on the basics. Excel or Word files still are erratic when displayed (for years this has not worked properly). OD is so poorly integrated into iOS that it saddens me, e.g. I would appreciate if OD would remember the last download directory. The app is not made for easy usage on a phone. Overall, it doesn’t seem that the App is really being improved over time. :-(

Amazingly good
So far I have used the free part of the app. There’s no complicated sign-up process, you can start training immediately. The exercises are great and motivating. Sound matches well. Ads are reasonable (and yearly subscription is lower than many). The instructions are good and videos well integrated. This app will stay with me for a long time because over time these seven minutes do a lot. I am very happy with the app.

Accept to be spoken to as if you are retarded
I am using the app regularly but it I find the spleepy voice that repeats everything a thousand times to explain that it’s normal to feel like this or that almost annoying. It distracts me because I keep thinking whether there isn’t an alternative that talks to me as if I were a normal adult...

Expensive and not customer oriented
I find it odd that Dropbox has increases the prices in a world where services get cheaper and add features that are not critical for an individual. Basically they have force-fed features to individual and make them pay for it. It is actually annoying because compared to OneDrive they have no added value anymore. And they have not given me a choice. I’ll move to Microsoft with my next billing cycle where I have Office included. Cheers
