Used the app in February and had a good experience. Unbeknownst to me my last chat session ended up with a negative balance. Now it’s April and I go into the app and there’s no notice of this balance and only encouragement to recharge the wallet. I add $10 which of course comes out immediately but my wallet only says .88 I refreshed and could not see anywhere to explain where else my $10 could have gone and only after I contacted support was I informed I had this balance that got settled when I thought I was recharged. Seems predatory to me. I’m deleting the app.
