I have been using JPay for years and it’s always worked great for me. I am in Canada and my friend is in the United States and it helps us stay connected. I love all the features like videogram etc and I’ve never had an issue myself. Also, the rates are really reasonable. I’d say that the rates are great. I’ve seen another app that says that it allows you to message prisoners in the United States and the website looked sketchy and they wanted $10 for one photo and one message no way. Jpay has been good, for me.
