If I could give a negative 100 stars I would. I ha a fully paid YEARLY subscription that won’t end until NOVEMBER and I am LOCKED out with NO way to reset my password (because I have to log in first 🤦🏻‍♀️ and “reset password” is NOT one of the options listed. I have tried for WEEKS to get help and I just keep getting rerouted to the community forum and a solution is never found.
