Phantom Back In Stock notifications + Poor customer “support”
I have been a long time shopper with ASOS and thankfully have not had to write support often although it’s important to note that in both instances, my experience has been absolutely horrible. I set up a notification to alert me when an item was back in stock. Hadn’t heard a peep in months. Within the last 24hrs I received 3 separate push notifications that my item in my size was in stock. I have clicked on that notification a second after getting it, twice, only to see that my size is still showing as out of stock. This isn’t Ticketmaster or the SNKRS app. No way I missed the item three times
