I used Pepperplate when it was free and got enough value from it to switch to a paid subscription. Problem is that the app has trouble recognizing that I have a subscription and I can’t even log on to the website. I am not going to pay for something that I can’t use consistently. Support does respond but it is time consuming to go through all their troubleshooting when it is really a problem on their end that I as the customer should not have to deal with. The app worked for a short time but now it isn’t working again. It is a good product but they need to figure out all their technical issues
