This was my first experience with Airbnb and it was extremely disappointing. It made me completely lose trust in the application, and I will never use it again. The platform seems to support hosts who mislead and scam guests. How can such a rundown place be allowed to be listed for rent? The difficulty of climbing the hill to reach the property was never mentioned. According to fair policies, at least half of the payment should have been refunded, but Airbnb failed to protect guests and instead supported the host. This experience was truly frustrating and disappointing. I am deleting the app
