I had a very bad experience. Items with higher amounts are consistently being canceled, and the refunds are issued to the wallet instead of my card. I tried to replace an unavailable chicken item with another option, but unfortunately the replacement was also canceled. Additionally, the refunded amount was not returned to my card. This feels like a new tactic—when using the refunded wallet balance, I still have to pay extra delivery charges and other service fees. Overall, this has been the worst grocery shopping app experience I’ve ever had.
