I paid for 4 airfares way from Malta to Copenhaguen and back home . 2 of my tickets don’t arrive to my email I asked support what’s going on and noticed that I made a mistake with my email . Saying that they can’t do nothing to amend my mistake when I provide my personal details successfully, where I live , postcode and all that. Just a simple mistake can’t be fixed by your side confirming that it’s meeee! And nobody else . Or maybe you are interested in making more money instead of having a solution for small problem ?
