I’m just looking to open up Microsoft forms right now. Suddenly, I found myself trying to download an app called Microsoft 365 Copilot. I have no idea what this app does. Why am I having to download it? This is the most ridiculously overly complicated garbage app I have ever encountered in 20 years of doing IT. Where is Word? Where is Outlook? Where is Excel? Where is PowerPoint? You know…the products that you have built your platform off of for the last 20 years.
