This website is terrible in customer service! You don’t get your rights as a customer. They change currencies in your bookings and confirmation so you don’t see the amount they steal from you. Very deceiving and it’s truly absurd. I will never book through them ever again, I’d rather pay more on other websites such as booking.com than use them ever again. They are liars and their customer service is below zero. I will suggest everyone not to use agoda EVER! They charged tax twice!! I would call them total thieves
