I subscribed to the Economist 4 months ago (paying the subscription). The Economits entered a wrong credential in my mail (they wrote an “u” instead of an “o” in my mail address). My office and I sent several mails asking for a correction and this still has to happen. Really a very poor service. In 1-2 years The Economis may fix this, let’s see..
