Earlier last year on December I downloaded and bought the cheapest subscription, I thought i’d see the results right away, but I decided to cancel my subscription and there was a guide, I followed and there was no nebula subscription on my iCloud settings so I thought i’m all good and I can delete the app. Later before new year I realized it took a subscription from my bank!! what is this, I need a refund asap

This app is probably great but i’m having trouble accessing to it. When it ask for my birthday and i put every information required and the agree and continue is still blurred and unable to proceed. Please fix this because i can’t even use the app
