This app advertises delivery times of 30 mins but I’ve never had anything in less than 2 hours. I ordered shopping that was supposed to arrive between 8-9 and turned up at 1pm! You can’t cancel the order because it just lets you talk to an AI. Deleting this app it’s useless. Quicker just to walk to the restaurant

I’ve been using Airbnb for over a decade and it’s got progressively worse. Several times when properties haven’t been as described and have had major issues like mould, I’ve had to fight to get a refund. It took me threatening legal action before their support team took anything seriously. Despite this their fees have continued to increase. They now charge hundreds of pounds per listing. Over 15% on monthly booking which is just ridiculous given the level of service I have received. I mainly use it to look for properties and then contact the host outside of the platform.
