I’m taking a sick day without a medical certificate. I’m just resting at home and taking medicine for one day. According to the thai law, employees don’t need to provide a medical certificate for 1-2 days of sick leave. If I don’t send it through the app, the app won’t forward my sick-leave request to my supervisor, so my supervisor cannot approve it is that reasonable?
