Made a reservation two hour prior. Got confirmed by uber and told that driver info will be given later. Supposed to go to a concert with tickets bought for early access. The ride got cancelled 20 min AFTER the pick up time. Got to call taxi company to pay triple the amount in cash for them to come after us. Lost 200 euros on the taxi trip. Lost early access to the concert so i paid 2000 euros instead of 750 for nothing just because of uber. Uber refunded the trip and gave me an extra 50 euros like that sums up for my losses. Worst experience ever. Tried to video verify for one week and it didn’t work spite the fact that all my photos were with me, with my face. Called support help via email and after all the troubleshooting they put me through, same result. Pathetic app. Never again
