As a Rappi pro black user I expected a level of support if things went bad that was not followed. 1. I paid for 6 months subscription but now they are still charging me monthly. There is no way to contact them 2. I made a supermarket order that was reprogrammed for 3 hours. Every 20 min they sent the photos of the products but ended up reprogramming it. At 3 am I tried to contact them and they immediately cancelled it without an explanation 3. I tried to make a rappi turbo order using my credits. They were not applied.
