Through my years of booking with B.A. I have never had a smooth experience. Online, I can’t log in nor check my flights if I am somehow able to log on. On the application, same thing but now it won’t even open. I have been trying to move flights since February to no avail. I was unable to contact anyone as they never answered. I reset my password but never got an email from them in order to actually reset the password. Now I will have to get a different flight with a different airline because of this.
