Had an issue with the initial login but Alison from customer support was very kind and helped me. The app is much easier to access and is prettier than my utilities web portal FAQ on the website is rather helpful - seems my utility company only reports updates every month (even though on the utility website it shows an image of the app with daily usage) - I’ll call them up to see if they can upgrade my meter. Suggestion to the developer to show the features that the utility company and/or meter supports. I think you put a lot of work into your app for all of your tenants. This would show c
