The payment system is completely broken. Every time I choose online payment, I enter my card details, but instead of charging my account, the app automatically switches my order to “cash on delivery” without my permission. On top of that, the location service is a joke. Every other delivery app updates your location automatically, but this one doesn’t. I always order from the same place, yet somehow it still uses an old address. When I tell them I’m not there, they say, “You didn’t update your location.” Why should I have to update it manually?
