When Careem first launched in Jordan it was something to be reckoned with. The quality of the app, how amazing the customer support team was, how quickly they solve issues. But now that’s the complete opposite, I am appalled by how badly things have become, taking weeks to respond to customer complaints, customer support being unbelievably sassy and petty, grouping orders when the nature of the order wasn’t taken into account (which could mean there’s a high possibility you’ll receive your order spoiled) and so much more.
