I’m fed up with this so called support. I purchased some gems quite a few times and my game crashed twice resulting in me losing some of those hard earned rewards and paid gems. I wrote to the support and directly realized they didn’t want to help seeing the super bad reply I got. They asked for very specific info (as I have tracking down my every moves while playing just in case) and screenshots. I’ve sent everything I could remember and screenshots, the only reply I got ? « Please provide us screenshots or we can’t help » I was right, they CAN help but they don’t WANT to help. Save your mone

The app is crashing all the time... as soon as I log in, it closes by itself. Impossible to do some booking ...
