I’ve been using this service since Pokémon Bank first came out and been a trainer since Red and Blue came out in the states. This service has been able to bring my Pokémon along with me over the years. But this app/service has not really changed or grown over the years. Loved the recent added rewards for stamped Pokédex completion. But the one thing that really needs to get added is not being able to request impossible Pokémon, which has plagued the gts since its inception.
