The app directly says its not compatible with my iPhone even though I can run it, I’m using iOS 11.4 on iPhone 6 which is compatible in the Appstore but not inside the game for some reason, it evens tells you how much their sorry with a pretty animation which is strange but almost like its mocking the user, very very bad! Compatibility should be managed by the AppStore and not let the user purchase the game since its not compatible.
