This was once an excellent app and EV charging company but is now terrible. App takes forever to authorize payment and you must authorize payment on each use. Also equipment is faulty and rarely works. Forced AI Assitant is no help when you contact their customer service. I’ve switched to other branded EV chargers and have had no issues. Monta/EnviroSpark is no longer a legitimate EV charging provider.
