Because I wanna keep up my streak I stopped biting my nails and whenever I wanted to, instead of biting them I would put nail care oil on them and clean them up to keep my hands busy from biting. Also the oil is disgusting so it makes me bot wanna bite them for a while. Its nice to just check up on how long Ive been able yo push myself.
