The support on this app is a joke…. I would like to say that this app is easy to use, and it is, but the backup function is not working, so my pictures are not secured I have been in contact with their support team for 6 months now, and they only keep suggesting the same thing to make it do backup, and it’s NOT WORKING!! And every time I get someone on mail, they keep telling me to contact them again through the app, and then we seem to start all over again Sad, because I like the app, but I am actively looking for a different app to use now!!

I have been a big fan in the past and I have told so many people that this app was worth the subscription But that has changed with the last updates… It seems like every time there’s an update, we loose features and certain tools become unstable or unavailable It has been the eraser tool that made the app crash every time you tried to use it, a lot of the filters have disappeared and now the filters appear multiple times so you end up loosing track of what you have tried And the newest layout of the app is just annoying… I want to see my projects as the first thing - not my camera roll or AI o
