Marianna oftalmic

I was charged 299USD+tax for yearly service, which I didn't order. I contacted support team to cancel my unwanted subscription and requested refund. I was told by (supposedly AI-bot) support center that my request was processed and I need to wait 7 days before I see refund on my bank account. 8 days later I still didn't get money back. I contacted the support line again just to figure out they never opened a ticket for my refund!! This is truly upsetting. On the top of overpriced service they don't even bother to solve clients' problems :(
