Reston premises incompetent with announcements on app.
While the place has a great and provides diverse services, they are incompetent when it comes to announcing inconveniences on their app. Maybe their tech guy should be contacted by the tons of employees with headpieces when this happens. So far we have not seen announcements when there was a hot water issue, towel dryer issues, or when the hot tubs are closed or when a sauna or steam room is not in service. Also save the concierge the time by telling someone to post these things closer to live time. The delay shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes and that’s a generous amount of time. It’s annoying
