Very disappointed with Agoda. I booked a hotel (Hotel Atlantis, Corfu) and never received a confirmation email or booking number. The booking didn’t show up in the app either. As a result, I couldn’t check in and lost the full amount I paid. Agoda only sent the confirmation after the booking dates had already passed. Now they refuse to refund me, blaming the hotel’s cancellation policy — even though the problem was entirely on Agoda’s side.
